Enjoy the Victoria Falls Sunset Cruise

Sunset cruise, A beautiful and very popular way to enjoy the Zambezi River is on a cruise. All boats, save jet boats, travel over a 6 km length of the river above the actual Falls; further exploration would be dangerous due to the shallow waters and jagged rocks. The Falls themselves are not visible during a voyage, but a cloud of spray that can be seen from the boats lies on the horizon over the waterfall.

Beginning 3 kilometers above the Falls, this portion of the river is calm, broad, and dotted with several islands. Elephant herds are frequently spotted as they move between islands in search of food, while resident hippo and crocodile sightings are a given. The abundance of birds and the breathtaking sunsets are definitely unforgettable.
